How big a truck?
Measure by space, not weight. An Ace / Dost / Pickup (up to 1,100 kg) is for a room's worth of goods. A 14FT Eicher (3.5 ton) takes most two-room homes. A 17FT (5 ton) handles a larger home. The 20FT container is fully closed and costs more. See the truck size page for body dimensions.
Booking, documents, tracking
Book on the website or the TruckGuru app with pickup, drop, an item list and a date. We call back within 30 minutes in working hours to confirm. At loading you get a digital Lorry Receipt, the truck is GPS tracked to delivery, and a GST invoice follows.
Used personal effects need no e-way bill. Business goods above Rs.50,000 in value need one from the consignor or consignee. Transit insurance is arranged by you.
Cuttack, Puri and Khordha are under 100 km from Bhubaneswar, so we do not book those.

Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
Is the fare in the table fixed?
No. Rates are not fixed; the table is indicative. The quote at booking is a trip total with toll included.
Who handles insurance?
You do, if you want cover. We issue the Lorry Receipt and GST invoice you will need.
