Book Tata AceHyderabad to Delhi is a straight run up NH-44. From the Outer Ring Road, trucks go through Nizamabad and Adilabad to Nagpur, then Seoni, Sagar, Jhansi, Gwalior and Agra before entering Delhi. It is about 1,570 km, and a full truck booked through TruckGuru usually takes 3 to 4 days.
We book full truckload only. One truck is assigned to your consignment, loaded at your site in Hyderabad and unloaded at your consignee in Delhi NCR.
What Hyderabad sends to Delhi
Pharma is the biggest share of our bookings on this route. Bulk drug makers in Jeedimetla, Pashamylaram, Bollaram and Genome Valley send APIs, intermediates and finished packs to distributors in Delhi and to formulation plants in Baddi via Delhi. Seed companies around Medchal and Shamirpet send seed stock north before the kharif and rabi seasons.
The rest is a mix: electrical and engineering goods from Balanagar and Cherlapally, granite slabs from Telangana quarries, and FMCG stock from warehouses near Shamshabad.
On the Delhi side, a lot of pharma lands at Bhagirath Palace distributors and at warehouses in Kundli, Narela and Ghaziabad. Delhi then acts as the distribution base for Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and Uttarakhand.

These fares include toll. Your final fare depends on the pickup area, the delivery pin code and the loading date. Use the freight calculator to get the confirmed number before you pay. Our fleet list does not include temperature-controlled trucks. If your product needs a set temperature, this is not the right booking.
Pickup and delivery areas
Hyderabad pickups: Jeedimetla, Balanagar, Kukatpally, Cherlapally, Pashamylaram, Bollaram, Patancheru, Medchal, Shamshabad and Kothur. The Hyderabad truck hire page has local details.
Delhi NCR deliveries: Kundli, Narela, Bawana, Okhla, Mayapuri, Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Gurugram and Manesar. Central Delhi has no-entry hours for trucks, so we time arrivals for the permitted window.
What to plan for on NH-44
The highway is good for most of the length, but two stretches decide the transit time. The Nagpur bypass gets congested in the evening. The Jhansi to Gwalior section runs hot in May and June, with daytime temperatures above 45 degrees, so drivers rest in the afternoon and drive at night.
Plan for this if you ship heat-sensitive goods in summer. Pack them with that in mind, or ship in the cooler months.
Loading pharma and seed cargo in Hyderabad
Most bulk drug units in Pashamylaram and Bollaram load between 10 am and 6 pm and ask for a truck with a clean, dry floor and a tarpaulin or closed body. Tell us at booking if the plant needs a vehicle fitness certificate or a driver ID copy at the gate. Many do. Seed companies usually load in 40 kg or 50 kg bags, and a 20ft truck takes about 6 tons of bagged seed. If your volume is closer to 10 tons, a 32ft container with 16 ton load capacity works out cheaper per ton than two smaller trucks.
Diwali week is the other slow period. Drivers take leave and trucks from Hyderabad to the north get scarce for about 5 days.

Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
For pharma loads, keep the invoice, e-way bill and drug licence copy with the driver. Check posts in Madhya Pradesh sometimes ask for it.

No. The quoted trip fare includes toll for the full route.
Can you pick up from Genome Valley or Pashamylaram?
Yes. Both are regular pickup points. The fare is calculated from your exact pickup location.

No. We book full truckload only. For 2 to 3 tons, a 14ft Eicher is usually the most economical full truck.

Yes. You get the driver and vehicle number after assignment, and our ops team shares trip updates on WhatsApp.
Is there a return option from Delhi to Hyderabad?
Yes, book a separate trip. We also run the reverse route regularly for FMCG, auto parts and electrical goods.
