Online Truck Booking for FTL Loads
Full truck load means the vehicle carries your consignment alone, from pickup point to delivery point, with no transhipment at a hub and no other shipper sharing the deck. For commercial goods moving between cities, that is the difference between a transit window you can plan around and a schedule set by when a shared load happens to fill.
Truck types available for booking
Choose by verified cargo weight rather than an estimate. Vehicle selection is based on the weight you declare, and a consignment heavier than the declared figure can affect compliance at checkposts along the route.

How the rate is calculated
Three inputs: route distance, vehicle category, and availability on that lane at the time of booking.
Rates are not fixed. TruckGuru quotes one trip fare for your route at booking, with toll across every state already inside it. For the full breakdown of what goes into a fare, read how truck transportation charges are calculated.
Availability moves the number within the band rather than outside it. On a corridor with freight running both ways, the operator is not pricing an empty return leg and you land nearer the lower end. On a thin lane, or during Q4 restocking and post-harvest movement, the band tightens upward.

- Enter pickup city, delivery city, cargo details and dispatch date
- Select the truck category matching your verified cargo weight
- Review the confirmed rate for that route and date
- Pay the Booking Amount to confirm the vehicle
- Receive driver name, vehicle number and contact before dispatch
- Track live via GPS from dispatch to delivery
- Receive delivery confirmation and a GST invoice after drop-off
Checking a rate costs nothing and needs no registration. Payment begins only at booking confirmation.
Businesses shipping the same corridor weekly or monthly can set up recurring bookings without restarting the selection each time.
Payment terms
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
Every booking produces a GST-compliant invoice with the full tax breakup.

Tracking and documentation
GPS tracking runs on every dispatched booking through the TruckGuru Android app. Check consignment location without calling the driver, which is the practical value when you are coordinating a receiving window at the far end.
Every confirmed booking includes a digital Lorry Receipt generated at dispatch and travelling with the goods, a GST invoice with full tax breakup, e-way bill support for consignments above Rs.50,000, and a digital delivery receipt closing the record after drop-off.
Industry-specific permits, including pharmaceutical cold chain and hazardous materials clearance, remain the shipper's responsibility.
Cities and corridors
Daily bookings from Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Surat, Indore, Vadodara, Noida, Jaipur, Nagpur, Visakhapatnam and Kochi, with coverage across 110+ cities.
High-frequency corridors including Delhi-Mumbai, Ahmedabad-Mumbai and Chennai-Bangalore tend to have shorter lead times than thinner lanes. Availability varies by date and vehicle type. Booking 2 to 3 days ahead generally secures better vehicle choice and steadier rates, and smaller origin cities usually need more notice.

How much does a truck cost per km?
TruckGuru quotes per trip, not per km. A 14FT Eicher from Ahmedabad to Mumbai, about 530 km, is indicatively Rs.16,400 - Rs.18,600 for the trip, toll included (checked October 2026). Rates are not fixed; confirm the current rate at booking.
Is toll included in the freight rate?
Yes. Toll across every state on the route is inside the trip fare confirmed at booking. There is no separate toll bill after delivery.
Are there hidden charges after booking?
No. The rate confirmed at booking is the rate on your invoice. No fuel surcharge, no loading fee, no gate charge added after dispatch. Loading and unloading labour is your arrangement at both ends, and that is stated before you book rather than after.
What are the payment terms?

The vehicle assigned matches the weight declared at booking. If the actual consignment is heavier, the driver may not be able to accept the excess and the booking may need revising to a larger vehicle. Weighing the consignment before selecting avoids that.
Can I get a truck the same day?
It depends on the corridor, the date and the vehicle you need. Lead times are shorter on high-frequency lanes than on thinner ones, but same-day availability is not guaranteed on any route. Call 72020 45678 to check what is available for your dispatch date.
Does TruckGuru offer local within-city transport?
No. Routes above 100 km only. Same-city moves are outside the scope of this platform.
Can I book space on a truck with other shippers?
No. FTL only. One truck, one shipper, one consignment per booking. Splitting truck space with other shippers is not offered here.
Can I track my truck after dispatch?
Yes. Live GPS tracking through the TruckGuru Android app once the truck is dispatched. You also receive the driver's direct number, vehicle number and transporter details at booking confirmation.
