Which truck for a Rewa load
Bagged cement and steel are dense. A 19FT Eicher rated at 7 ton will reach its weight limit long before its body is full, so do not choose a truck by length alone. Fertiliser and grain bags behave the same way. Light, bulky cargo is the opposite case: solar module pallets, mattresses or packed furniture fill a 20FT Container or a 32FT long before they get heavy.

Documents the driver will ask for
For goods worth more than Rs.50,000, the consignor or consignee generates the e-way bill. Rewa to Prayagraj, Kanpur or Delhi crosses into Uttar Pradesh, so an interstate bill is needed and the vehicle number must match the truck that arrives. We issue a digital Lorry Receipt at loading and a GST invoice after delivery.
Labour for loading and unloading is your side, and so is any transit insurance. Mandi loads usually have hamals on hand; a construction site may not, so check before the truck turns up.
After you book
You get a confirmation call, the driver's number, and GPS tracking from dispatch to delivery. If you booked through the TruckGuru mobile app, the same details appear there. The truck carries only your load; we do not offer part load or club consignments.

A few things that go wrong on Rewa loads
The most common delay is a wrong pin. Many Rewa pickups are on village roads off NH30 or the Sidhi road, and a driver given only "Rewa" will reach the city and then start calling. Send a map location with the booking. The second is weight: a dealer says 3 ton, the truck arrives, and the actual cement count is closer to 5 ton. The truck cannot legally take it, and the day is lost. Weigh, or count bags, before you book. The third is the receiver's gate.
