Two practical points from experience on this lane:
- Drums should be strapped upright on pallets. A loose drum in a small vehicle on the Vijayawada-Rajahmundry stretch is how leaks happen.
- Cartons of API or samples go in a closed body, never under a tarpaulin.

Booking and paperwork
Book on the website or the TruckGuru app. We call back within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM). A digital Lorry Receipt is issued at loading, the vehicle is GPS tracked to delivery, and the GST invoice follows. For goods above 50,000 rupees, the consignor or consignee generates the e-way bill. Loading and unloading labour and transit insurance are arranged by you.

No. We only book intercity trips over 100 km.
Who loads the drums?
Your team does. Loading and unloading labour is arranged by the customer.
Can the plant in Vizag track the vehicle?
Yes. GPS tracking runs from dispatch to delivery, and you can share it.
Is the tempo shared with other cargo?
No. One consignment per vehicle, which matters for chemical and pharma lots.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
Can I use it for my own goods to Vizag?
Our trucks mostly carry business loads. For a one-off household move to another city, we can supply the truck and driver. Packing, loading and unloading are arranged by you.
Is transit insurance included?
No. Transit insurance is arranged by the customer. For chemical and API lots, most shippers already carry a marine-cum-transit policy.
