Delhi to Kerala truck transport is one of the longest road freight routes in India, covering roughly 2,900 to 3,100 km depending on the delivery city in Kerala. Whether your shipment is going to Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, or another Kerala destination, most direct full truckload movements are completed in 5 to 6 days.
TruckGuru provides FTL truck transport on this route for manufacturers, distributors, stockists, and exporters. The truck, freight rate, and transit window are all confirmed before dispatch -- you have full clarity before loading begins.
To get a confirmed rate for your specific loading address and Kerala delivery city, use the freight calculator or call 72020 45678.
Rates below are indicative for one-way full truckload bookings at approximately 3,000 km. Transit time is 5-6 days on all truck types (6-7 days during monsoon season June to September). Final pricing depends on the exact pickup location in Delhi NCR, delivery city in Kerala, goods type, and live diesel rates at the time of booking.

This corridor handles a wide range of commercial cargo from Delhi NCR to Kerala markets. Common outbound shipments:
Return loads from Kerala to Delhi often include spices, rubber goods, coir products, and cashew cargo -- Kerala's high-value agricultural exports. If your business ships in both directions, see Delhi transport services for full corridor pricing across multiple lanes.
Two main highway corridors are used for Delhi to Kerala truck movements depending on the delivery city and current road conditions.
Commonly preferred to avoid Bangalore congestion. Trucks pass through Nagpur and Hyderabad before entering Kerala through Palakkad or Coimbatore. This route works well for shipments heading to Kozhikode and northern Kerala delivery points.
Popular for shipments heading to Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. Route passes through Pune, Hospet, and Bangalore before reaching Kerala. For goods stopping in Bangalore, see Delhi to Bangalore truck transport for separate corridor rates.
Standard transit is 5 to 6 days for a direct FTL movement. During Kerala's monsoon season from June to September, deliveries may take 6 to 7 days due to ghat road conditions, rainfall, and checkpost delays. Road conditions on the Western Ghat stretch are factored into the delivery estimate at the time of booking.
For a 3,000 km corridor like Delhi to Kerala, what happens after you book matters as much as the rate itself. Five to six days is a long time for a consignment to be in transit with no visibility and no reliable point of contact.
On TruckGuru, confirmed vehicle details -- truck number, driver name, and operator contact -- are shared before dispatch. The freight rate is locked before loading with no post-dispatch revision. GPS tracking goes live after loading so your Kerala receiving team can plan unloading schedules without calling the driver mid-route through Andhra Pradesh or Tamil Nadu.
The team coordinates with the driver through the full movement. For pharma, electronics, and high-value industrial cargo on a 5-6 day run, that single point of contact removes the uncertainty that comes with sourcing through a broker network.
If you move goods to multiple cities from Delhi, see Delhi transport services for full route options. For the Mumbai corridor, see Delhi to Mumbai truck transport for pricing and transit details on that lane.
Choosing the right vehicle depends on your load volume, packaging, and unloading access at the delivery point. See the truck size guide if you are unsure about capacity before reading the options below.
For businesses with regular monthly dispatches on this route, see Delhi to Bangalore truck transport and Delhi to Mumbai truck transport for corridor-level comparisons on adjacent lanes.
A direct full truckload shipment typically takes 5 to 6 days. During monsoon months from June to September, transit may extend to 6 to 7 days due to rain and ghat road conditions on the Western Ghats stretch entering Kerala.
Rates depend on truck size, route, loading point, and diesel prices at the time of booking. A 14ft truck generally costs Rs. 54,000 to Rs. 84,000 for a one-way FTL movement at approximately 3,000 km. A 32ft container ranges from Rs. 1,35,000 to Rs. 1,95,000. Use the freight calculator for a confirmed rate on your booking date.
No. TruckGuru handles full truckload bookings only on this route. If your volume is smaller, the 14ft truck or Bada Dost can be booked for loads well below their maximum capacity -- you get a dedicated vehicle without co-loading. Check the truck size guide for quick reference.
For most B2B cargo -- garments, pharma, FMCG, or electronics -- the 14ft truck is the practical choice. It handles 3.5 tonnes, fits city delivery points in Kerala, and costs significantly less than a 20ft or 32ft for loads that do not fill a container. For large factory dispatches, the 32ft container is standard.
Yes. GPS tracking is activated after loading and the tracking link is shared with your team. On a multi-day corridor like Delhi to Kerala, live visibility helps your receiving team plan unloading schedules in advance -- particularly useful for Kochi or Thiruvananthapuram deliveries where access windows can be restricted.
Most standard commercial goods move without restrictions. Hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, and regulated pharma require specific documentation and prior declaration at booking. A valid e-way bill is required for consignments above Rs. 50,000 in value -- mandatory on this multi-state corridor.
It depends on your Kerala delivery city. The Hyderabad route via NH-44/NH-65 is preferred for Kozhikode and northern Kerala -- it avoids Bangalore congestion and moves faster through Nagpur and Hyderabad. The Bangalore route via NH-44/NH-48 is better for Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram, passing through Pune and Hospet. TruckGuru selects the optimal route based on your delivery point and current road conditions at the time of booking.
For other Delhi long-distance corridors: Delhi to Mumbai transport, Delhi to Bangalore transport, Delhi to Hyderabad transport, and Delhi to Bhubaneswar transport.
The freight rate for the Delhi-Kerala run is confirmed before the truck is dispatched. Use the freight calculator for a live rate on your booking date, or call 72020 45678. Book 5-7 days ahead for the best availability on this corridor.

“We ship auto components from our Pune plant to distributors in eight states. Earlier every dispatch meant three or four calls to brokers just to get a rate. Now we check the fare online, confirm the truck, and track it on GPS till delivery. Our team saves close to two hours on every booking.”
“Our textile unit in Surat moves fifteen to twenty truckloads a month to retailers across South India. TruckGuru gave us one dashboard to book, one number to call, and the GST invoice reaches us the same day. Rates are competitive with no surprise charges at delivery, and that consistency matters when you ship every week.”
“We run a packaging materials unit in Ahmedabad and dispatch to factories across Maharashtra and Rajasthan. What sold us on TruckGuru was the rate transparency. The price we saw online was the price we paid, with no broker markup and nothing added at the weighbridge. Fourteen months in and we have not had a single billing dispute.”
“I handle procurement for a pharma distributor in Hyderabad and our cargo needs careful handling. TruckGuru gives us a coordinator who checks that every truck is clean and covered before loading. The digital LR and POD reach my inbox before the driver leaves the drop point, which saves us a lot during audits.”

FTL means the entire truck carries only your goods. It picks up from your location and goes directly to the destination, no stops to consolidate other shipments, no detours. This is the right choice when you have enough volume to fill, or mostly fill, a truck, or when transit time matters.
Yes. Every truck on our platform carries GPS. Once your shipment moves, you can see its exact location from the app, no need to call the driver every few hours. You can also share the tracking link with your buyer or warehouse team so they know when to expect the delivery and can plan unloading accordingly.
Yes. Select your dispatch date when placing the booking and we will arrange the truck for that day. Advance booking helps during peak seasons, October through December, when festival demand and year-end dispatches tighten truck availability.
Yes. If you need to collect goods from more than one location or deliver to multiple destinations in a single trip, mention the stops when placing your booking. Our team will plan the route and confirm the fare covering all points before dispatch.
You can cancel before vehicle and driver details are shared, no charge applies. Once we assign a truck and share the details, the booking amount is non-refundable because the driver has already committed time and fuel.
Our truck fare covers transportation only. Loading, unloading, and packing are arranged separately at your end. If you need help finding labour at a specific location, reach out to our team, we can usually connect you with someone in the area who handles it regularly.
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading, Balance due before unloading begins. We accept NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments are accepted.
Yes. Toll charges are included in the quoted freight rate on all intercity routes. You will not receive a separate toll bill after delivery. The rate confirmed at booking covers the full point-to-point movement.
We transport commercial and industrial goods including machinery, raw materials, FMCG products, textiles, auto parts, building materials, electronics, and agricultural produce. We do not transport household belongings for relocation, hazardous materials requiring special permits, or any restricted goods under Indian transport regulations.
A GST-compliant invoice is generated and sent to your registered email once the consignment is delivered. The Lorry Receipt (LR) is shared at the time of dispatch. Proof of Delivery (POD) is sent digitally after unloading is complete. If your accounts team needs a specific format or a consolidated monthly statement for multiple shipments, write to cs@truckguru.co.in.
The first 2 hours after the truck arrives at your location are free. After that, waiting charges range from Rs.1,000 to Rs.5,000 per day depending on the vehicle type. Keep your goods and paperwork, including GST invoice, e-Way Bill, and packing list, ready before the truck arrives to avoid delays.
GST on goods transport applies under the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) at 5%. This means the shipper is responsible for filing and paying the GST on the transport service, not TruckGuru. Our invoices are GST-compliant and include all the details your accounts team needs for filing.
The consignor or consignee must generate Part A and Part B of the e-Way Bill before goods move. This is mandatory under GST rules for consignments valued above Rs.50,000. TruckGuru does not generate the e-Way Bill on your behalf, but our team can guide you through the process if needed.
Report any damage at the time of delivery to our team at +91-7202045678 with photographs taken before unloading. We investigate each claim on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend that shippers arrange their own transit insurance for high-value consignments, as TruckGuru's liability is limited to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
No. TruckGuru provides full truckload (FTL) intercity goods transport only. We do not handle parcels, courier shipments, bike transport, car transport, household shifting, or within-city local deliveries. If you need these services, we recommend contacting a specialist provider in your city.
Call +91-7202045678 or email cs@truckguru.co.in. Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. For booking queries, you can also use the website or the TruckGuru app on the Play Store. TruckGuru does not share your contact details with any outside agencies.
Start with the weight and dimensions of your goods, not the truck size. A 2-ton textile shipment from Surat to Mumbai fits comfortably in an Eicher 14FT (3.5T capacity, Rs.31-35/km). Picking the wrong truck size is the most common reason shippers overpay on freight.
Get your rate confirmed before the truck is dispatched. On TruckGuru, the price you see at booking is the price you pay. The split is simple: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading, Balance due before unloading. If a platform or broker revises the rate at the loading dock, that is a red flag.
Check whether the transporter provides live GPS tracking and digital documentation including LR, invoice, and POD. Chasing a driver by phone for location updates wastes hours every trip. On busy corridors like Ahmedabad-Mumbai or Delhi-Jaipur, a single delayed update can throw off your warehouse unloading schedule.
Book 2-3 days ahead when possible. Same-day availability is common on most routes, but during October-December peak season, trucks on high-demand corridors fill up fast. Advance booking also gives you better vehicle options for goods that need closed-body or containerised transport.
