Distance: ~2,150 km via NH-44 through Nagpur and Hyderabad
Transit: 26-30 hours non-stop, 32-36 hours door-to-door
Service: FTL intercity only -- no part load, parcel, or local transport
Delhi to Bangalore is India's longest North-South freight corridor at approximately 2,150 km via NH-44. The route crosses five states -- Delhi/Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka -- making it the most documentation-intensive corridor on TruckGuru's network. Every consignment above Rs. 50,000 needs a valid e-way bill at five state border checkposts. A documentation gap at any of them can hold a truck for hours on a 26-30 hour run.
The freight this corridor carries reflects the economic relationship between India's two largest metropolitan manufacturing clusters. Manesar's Maruti Suzuki, Honda, and Hero MotoCorp supplier network dispatches auto components south to Bangalore's Peenya and Bommasandra assembly lines. Delhi's Okhla and Naraina garment and textile clusters send goods to Bangalore's retail distribution network. The return corridor brings IT hardware from Whitefield and Electronic City back to Delhi NCR data centres and corporate offices.
TruckGuru handles verified FTL Delhi to Bangalore truck bookings at confirmed rates. For this corridor, book 3-5 days ahead -- truck availability on long multi-state runs is tighter than on short corridors. Check your Delhi to Bangalore transport charges: freight calculator. Or call 72020 45678.

Rates shift with diesel prices (35-45% of truck operating cost), seasonal Q4 demand, and booking lead time. Booking 3-5 days ahead consistently gives better rates and more truck options. All Delhi to Bangalore bookings are FTL -- your goods travel alone from Delhi to Bangalore on a dedicated truck. No part load, no parcel, no co-loading.
Auto components are the highest-value freight category on this corridor. Manesar and Gurgaon's supplier network for Maruti Suzuki, Honda, and Hero MotoCorp dispatches pressed steel parts, engine components, electrical harnesses, and instrumentation south to Bangalore's Peenya and Bommasandra manufacturing clusters. These consignments are often time-sensitive -- a delayed component delivery affects production schedules at the receiving facility.
Garments and textiles from Delhi's Okhla industrial estate, Naraina, and nearby Noida factories are the other major category. Bangalore's retail distribution network -- particularly in the Marathahalli and Jayanagar commercial zones -- receives regular apparel consignments from Delhi's fashion and garment manufacturers. The 26-30 hour Delhi to Bangalore transit is fast enough that seasonal stock can move from Delhi production to Bangalore shelves without long inventory holding.
Other regular Delhi to Bangalore freight:
Commercial and industrial goods only. Automobiles, bikes, cars, and household goods are not transported on this route.
Delhi to Bangalore is TruckGuru's most documentation-intensive corridor. The route crosses five state boundaries and each requires a valid e-way bill for consignments above Rs. 50,000. Generating the e-way bill before loading at Delhi -- not after the truck has left -- is essential. An expired or invalid e-way bill at any of the five checkposts can halt transit for hours.
Every TruckGuru Delhi to Bangalore booking generates:
The Delhi-Bangalore corridor is served by a large broker network -- every logistics broker in Delhi NCR has operators on this lane because it carries high freight volume. The problem is not access to trucks. It is rate certainty and documentation reliability over a 26-30 hour transit that crosses five states. A verbal quote from a broker given at booking in Delhi may look different on the invoice that arrives after the Bangalore delivery -- and on a 2,150 km run, there is no practical way to dispute a rate change mid-transit.
TruckGuru's confirmed Delhi to Bangalore transport rate is stored at booking confirmation. It does not change between Delhi dispatch and Bangalore delivery. The truck listed for the booking has been document-verified -- RC, fitness certificate, and driver records checked before listing. For auto component consignments from Manesar with time-sensitive delivery deadlines at Peenya assembly lines, an unverified truck with a lapsed fitness certificate stopped at an Andhra Pradesh checkpost is a supply chain failure, not just a transport inconvenience.
GPS tracking runs live from Delhi through Agra, Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Kurnool into Bangalore via the TruckGuru mobile app. For a 26-30 hour run, your Bangalore receiving team can check the truck position at 6am without calling the driver, and plan dock availability and unloading staff accordingly.
The digital documentation chain -- LR at Delhi dispatch, GST invoice after Bangalore delivery, e-way bill support across all five states -- is generated automatically on every booking. For procurement and logistics teams running regular Delhi to Bangalore freight, that documentation consistency matters on every booking cycle.

26-30 hours via NH-44 through Nagpur and Hyderabad under normal road conditions. Door-to-door including loading at your Delhi pickup point and delivery in Bangalore runs 32-36 hours from pickup confirmation. At 2,150 km, this is typically a relay run where the truck may change drivers at Nagpur or Hyderabad rather than a single-driver shift.
Approximately 2,150 km via NH-44. The route passes through Agra, Nagpur (approximately 1,000 km from Delhi), Hyderabad (approximately 1,600 km), and Kurnool before reaching Bangalore.
FTL rates run from Rs. 25,800 for a Tata Ace to Rs. 1,39,750 for a 32ft container on this 2,150 km corridor. A 14ft truck -- covering most B2B consignments between 1-3.5 tonnes -- runs Rs. 38,700 to Rs. 60,200. Toll charges of Rs. 3,500-6,000 are paid separately by the shipper. Use the freight calculator for a live rate on your booking date.
Five -- Delhi/Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. A valid e-way bill is required at each state checkpost for consignments above Rs. 50,000. Generate the e-way bill before loading at Delhi -- not after dispatch.
3-5 days ahead. This is one of India's longest freight corridors and truck availability is tighter than on shorter routes. Same-day or next-day bookings are sometimes possible but rates are typically higher and truck options are fewer.
For loads under 750 kg -- pharma samples, commercial samples -- a Tata Ace covers this run at the lowest cost. For 1-3.5 tonnes covering most B2B consignments including auto components and garments, the 14ft truck is the right choice. For bulk industrial loads above 7 tonnes, the 20ft or 32ft container is appropriate. See the truck size guide for full capacity comparisons.
No. The Delhi-Bangalore corridor has toll plazas across all five states including the Delhi-Agra expressway, NH-44 through Telangana, and the Andhra Pradesh highway tolls. Total toll costs run Rs. 3,500-6,000 per trip depending on truck type. This is paid separately by the shipper and communicated before booking confirmation.
Yes. GPS tracking is live from Delhi dispatch through Agra, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Kurnool, and into Bangalore, accessible via the TruckGuru mobile app on Android or iOS. NH-44 has generally good cellular coverage through all five states. You also receive the driver's direct contact at booking confirmation.

“We ship auto components from our Pune plant to distributors in eight states. Earlier every dispatch meant three or four calls to brokers just to get a rate. Now we check the fare online, confirm the truck, and track it on GPS till delivery. Our team saves close to two hours on every booking.”
“Our textile unit in Surat moves fifteen to twenty truckloads a month to retailers across South India. TruckGuru gave us one dashboard to book, one number to call, and the GST invoice reaches us the same day. Rates are competitive with no surprise charges at delivery, and that consistency matters when you ship every week.”
“We run a packaging materials unit in Ahmedabad and dispatch to factories across Maharashtra and Rajasthan. What sold us on TruckGuru was the rate transparency. The price we saw online was the price we paid, with no broker markup and nothing added at the weighbridge. Fourteen months in and we have not had a single billing dispute.”
“I handle procurement for a pharma distributor in Hyderabad and our cargo needs careful handling. TruckGuru gives us a coordinator who checks that every truck is clean and covered before loading. The digital LR and POD reach my inbox before the driver leaves the drop point, which saves us a lot during audits.”

FTL means the entire truck carries only your goods. It picks up from your location and goes directly to the destination, no stops to consolidate other shipments, no detours. This is the right choice when you have enough volume to fill, or mostly fill, a truck, or when transit time matters.
Yes. Every truck on our platform carries GPS. Once your shipment moves, you can see its exact location from the app, no need to call the driver every few hours. You can also share the tracking link with your buyer or warehouse team so they know when to expect the delivery and can plan unloading accordingly.
Yes. Select your dispatch date when placing the booking and we will arrange the truck for that day. Advance booking helps during peak seasons, October through December, when festival demand and year-end dispatches tighten truck availability.
Yes. If you need to collect goods from more than one location or deliver to multiple destinations in a single trip, mention the stops when placing your booking. Our team will plan the route and confirm the fare covering all points before dispatch.
You can cancel before vehicle and driver details are shared, no charge applies. Once we assign a truck and share the details, the booking amount is non-refundable because the driver has already committed time and fuel.
Our truck fare covers transportation only. Loading, unloading, and packing are arranged separately at your end. If you need help finding labour at a specific location, reach out to our team, we can usually connect you with someone in the area who handles it regularly.
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading, Balance due before unloading begins. We accept NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments are accepted.
Yes. Toll charges are included in the quoted freight rate on all intercity routes. You will not receive a separate toll bill after delivery. The rate confirmed at booking covers the full point-to-point movement.
We transport commercial and industrial goods including machinery, raw materials, FMCG products, textiles, auto parts, building materials, electronics, and agricultural produce. We do not transport household belongings for relocation, hazardous materials requiring special permits, or any restricted goods under Indian transport regulations.
A GST-compliant invoice is generated and sent to your registered email once the consignment is delivered. The Lorry Receipt (LR) is shared at the time of dispatch. Proof of Delivery (POD) is sent digitally after unloading is complete. If your accounts team needs a specific format or a consolidated monthly statement for multiple shipments, write to cs@truckguru.co.in.
The first 2 hours after the truck arrives at your location are free. After that, waiting charges range from Rs.1,000 to Rs.5,000 per day depending on the vehicle type. Keep your goods and paperwork, including GST invoice, e-Way Bill, and packing list, ready before the truck arrives to avoid delays.
GST on goods transport applies under the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) at 5%. This means the shipper is responsible for filing and paying the GST on the transport service, not TruckGuru. Our invoices are GST-compliant and include all the details your accounts team needs for filing.
The consignor or consignee must generate Part A and Part B of the e-Way Bill before goods move. This is mandatory under GST rules for consignments valued above Rs.50,000. TruckGuru does not generate the e-Way Bill on your behalf, but our team can guide you through the process if needed.
Report any damage at the time of delivery to our team at +91-7202045678 with photographs taken before unloading. We investigate each claim on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend that shippers arrange their own transit insurance for high-value consignments, as TruckGuru's liability is limited to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
No. TruckGuru provides full truckload (FTL) intercity goods transport only. We do not handle parcels, courier shipments, bike transport, car transport, household shifting, or within-city local deliveries. If you need these services, we recommend contacting a specialist provider in your city.
Call +91-7202045678 or email cs@truckguru.co.in. Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. For booking queries, you can also use the website or the TruckGuru app on the Play Store. TruckGuru does not share your contact details with any outside agencies.
Start with the weight and dimensions of your goods, not the truck size. A 2-ton textile shipment from Surat to Mumbai fits comfortably in an Eicher 14FT (3.5T capacity, Rs.31-35/km). Picking the wrong truck size is the most common reason shippers overpay on freight.
Get your rate confirmed before the truck is dispatched. On TruckGuru, the price you see at booking is the price you pay. The split is simple: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading, Balance due before unloading. If a platform or broker revises the rate at the loading dock, that is a red flag.
Check whether the transporter provides live GPS tracking and digital documentation including LR, invoice, and POD. Chasing a driver by phone for location updates wastes hours every trip. On busy corridors like Ahmedabad-Mumbai or Delhi-Jaipur, a single delayed update can throw off your warehouse unloading schedule.
Book 2-3 days ahead when possible. Same-day availability is common on most routes, but during October-December peak season, trucks on high-demand corridors fill up fast. Advance booking also gives you better vehicle options for goods that need closed-body or containerised transport.
Enter your pickup city, drop city, and select the truck type on truckguru.co.in or the TruckGuru app. You will see the freight rate before confirming. Our team arranges the truck and shares driver details once the booking is confirmed.
Tata Ace (up to 1,100 kg), Bada Dost / Mahindra Pickup (up to 1.5 ton), Eicher 14FT (3.5 ton), Eicher 17FT (5 ton), Eicher 19FT (7 ton), 20FT Container (6.5 ton), and 32FT Container (7 to 18 ton variants) are available for intercity FTL transport.
Yes. Toll charges are included in the quoted fare on all intercity routes. No separate toll bill is raised after delivery.
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at confirmation, 90% advance at loading, and Balance Due at delivery before unloading. We accept NEFT, IMPS, UPI, and major debit and credit cards.
