Book Tata AceGoa runs on stock that comes from outside the state
Goa makes some things itself, notably pharma at the Verna and Kundaim industrial estates, but its hotels, restaurants, shops and building sites depend on goods trucked in from other states. From Delhi that means kitchen equipment, linen, packaged food, electricals, sanitaryware, furniture fittings and raw material for the pharma units. Time your load around the season
October to December is when Goa stocks up. Hotels refit before the tourist season, and distributors fill warehouses before Christmas and New Year. Trucks heading to the west coast are in demand during those weeks, so book three to four days ahead if your load must arrive before a fixed opening date.
June to September is the other extreme. Heavy monsoon rain on the ghat roads into Goa slows trucks and occasionally closes a stretch for some hours. Leave slack in your delivery date and pack cartons in plastic, even inside a closed container.

The road south
Most trucks take NH48: Delhi to Jaipur, down through Udaipur into Gujarat, past Ahmedabad and Vadodara, around Mumbai and then south through Pune, Satara and Kolhapur. From there the driver either crosses into Karnataka near Belagavi and comes down the ghats into Goa, or takes the Sawantwadi side and stays in Maharashtra until the Goa border. Which one depends on road condition and where your delivery is.
Either way the truck passes through five or six states, so the e-way bill must be generated for goods above Rs.50,000 before the truck leaves. The consignor or consignee does that; we give you the vehicle number at booking.
Check the unloading point before you choose a truck
This is where Goa catches people out. Industrial estates like Verna take a 32FT container without trouble. A hotel in a village lane in the north, or a shop in an old part of Panaji or Margao, often does not. A long container that cannot turn into the street means unloading on the main road and a second local vehicle.
So tell us the exact delivery address and send a photo of the approach if you can. If access is tight, a 19FT Eicher or a 20FT container is usually the safer call, even if it means two trucks instead of one. Our truck size page lists the lengths.

Can a 32FT container reach my resort in North Goa?
Maybe not. Send us the address and a photo of the access road. If the lane is narrow, we will suggest a shorter truck so the goods are unloaded at your door and not on the highway.
Can you deliver to the Verna industrial estate?
Yes. Industrial estates are the easiest drops in Goa. Share the gate timings and the receiving contact so the driver can call before arrival.
Is an e-way bill needed?
Yes, for goods worth more than Rs.50,000. The consignor or consignee generates it with the vehicle number we confirm.
Do you provide labour for unloading?
No. We supply the truck and driver; loading and unloading labour is arranged by you at both ends.
How do I pay?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
Is transit insurance included in the fare?
No. The customer arranges transit insurance. For hotel equipment or electronics, take a policy before loading.
I want to send my personal things to Goa. Can you do it?
Our trucks mostly carry business loads. For a one-off household move to another city, we can supply the truck and driver. Packing, loading and unloading are arranged by you.
How will I know where the truck is?
GPS tracking from dispatch to delivery. You also get a digital Lorry Receipt when the truck is loaded and a GST invoice after delivery.
