The better first sentence is the weight and the type of goods, because in this city the answer changes completely between a load of carved furniture and a load of sandstone. These are typical upper figures. In May and June, when Jodhpur's afternoons cross 45 degrees, drivers often stop through the hottest hours and run at night, which can add time to a trip. Loading at 5 PM avoids most of that.
Loading from Basni, Boranada and the mandis
Many furniture and handicraft units in the Basni industrial area load from narrow lanes where a 32FT cannot turn. If your gate is tight, tell us at booking and we suggest a 20FT or a 19FT instead, or a pickup point on the main road. Boranada units are usually easier to reach. For stone, a crane or forklift at the loading point decides how quickly the truck gets away, so arrange it before the truck arrives; loading and unloading labour and equipment are the customer's to arrange.
Our advice for export furniture: always use a closed container and have the goods wrapped before loading. Dust storms on the way to Gujarat are common in summer.

Booking a truck
Share pickup, drop, weight and date on the website or the TruckGuru app. We call back within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM). Who makes the e-way bill?
The consignor or consignee, for goods worth more than 50,000 rupees.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
How soon after booking will someone call?
Within 30 minutes during working hours, to confirm the vehicle and loading time.
Can I track the truck?
Yes. GPS tracking runs from dispatch to delivery.
Can I hire a truck for my own things going to another city?
Our trucks mostly carry business loads. For a one-off household move to another city, we can supply the truck and driver. Packing, loading and unloading are arranged by you.
