Rates from Jodhpur

Book on the website or the TruckGuru app with pickup, drop, weight and date. We call back within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM). A digital Lorry Receipt is issued at loading and the truck is GPS tracked to delivery. Loading and unloading labour and transit insurance are the customer's responsibility. Will you share the truck with another load?
No. One truck per consignment. We do not do part load.
Who handles the e-way bill?
The consignor or consignee generates it for goods above Rs.50,000. The driver carries it with the invoice and our Lorry Receipt.
Do you provide loading labour at Basni?
No. Loading and unloading labour is arranged by the customer.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
Can I track the truck to Delhi?
Yes. Every truck is GPS tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Is insurance included?
No. Transit insurance is arranged by the customer. For export furniture we would take a policy.
Can I book a truck for a family move out of Jodhpur?
Our trucks mostly carry business loads. For a one-off household move to another city, we can supply the truck and driver. Packing, loading and unloading are arranged by you.
