How do I make payment?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
Is there any special permit for entering J&K?
Goods move on the normal GST invoice and e-way bill. Keep all invoice copies with the driver, because loads are checked at the Lakhanpur entry. Your consignee will know if any product-specific document applies.
Can you deliver to Bari Brahmana industrial area?
Yes. Give us the unit address and gate contact, and the truck reports there.
Can the truck go on to Srinagar?
Tell us before booking. Onward movement depends on highway conditions and is quoted separately.
Who loads and unloads?
The customer arranges labour at both ends. The driver is responsible for the truck.
Can I track the truck on the way?
Yes, every trip is GPS tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Can I book a truck for my own goods, not business?
Our trucks mostly carry business loads. For a one-off household move to another city, we can supply the truck and driver. Packing, loading and unloading are arranged by you.
