Book Tata AceNarela is the last stop before the Haryana border
Anyone who dispatches from Narela knows the Singhu border is minutes away, and that almost everything small going north has to pass through it. That geography is the whole case for booking a mini truck (Chota Hathi) on rent in Narela with TruckGuru: you are already on NH-44, so a load bound for Kurukshetra, Ambala or Yamunanagar starts its trip with no city traffic behind it.
We book the vehicle and driver for intercity trips of 100 km or more. Your goods only, loaded at your premises and driven to the consignee. Local drops inside Delhi are not part of what we do.

Narela has the DSIIDC industrial area, a large food grain mandi and a steady spread of small manufacturing along the Narela-Bawana road. Among the loads that suit a mini truck:

The Shimla run is where small vehicles earn their keep. A 32FT container cannot get up the Parwanoo-Solan stretch and into town lanes easily; a mini truck can. Expect it to lose speed on the climb, and plan for delivery the next morning if loading happens after noon.
Short paragraph, big point: Karnal and Sonipat are under 100 km, so we do not take those.
How rates work for a Chota Hathi (mini truck) from Narela
Truck freight rates are not fixed. What a load costs depends on the route, vehicle type, load capacity needed, cargo, pickup date and how many vehicles are running that lane that week. On the Narela side, the rabi and kharif procurement months pull a lot of small vehicles into grain work, and fares on Haryana lanes firm up then.

Booking steps, and what stays with you
Book on the website or the app with pickup, drop, weight and date. Our team calls within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM). You get a digital Lorry Receipt at loading, GPS tracking until delivery, and a GST invoice once it is delivered.
Loading and unloading labour is yours to arrange at both ends, and so is transit insurance. For goods over 50,000 rupees in value, the consignor or consignee generates the e-way bill. Mandi traders sometimes forget this on mixed loads; a Haryana checkpost will not.

Can you pick up from the Narela mandi area?
Yes. Give the shop or godown number and a landmark. Mandi lanes get jammed after 10 AM, so an early slot saves the driver an hour of waiting.
What is the maximum weight?
Up to 1.5 ton for the Bada Dost and up to 1,100 kg for the open Tata Ace (also called Chota Hathi). Weigh bagged goods properly; overload fines at checkposts are the customer's problem too.
Do you go up to Shimla or Manali?
Shimla, yes, about 330 km. Hill routes further in are quoted on request, depending on the road that week.
Can I book Narela to Sonipat?
No. It is under 100 km. We only take intercity trips longer than that.
Will my load travel alone?
Yes. One vehicle per consignment, nothing else on board.
Who puts the goods on the vehicle?
Your labour. We do not supply loaders at Narela or at the destination.
Is an e-way bill needed for grain?
It depends on the item and its value. Where goods above 50,000 rupees need one, the consignor or consignee generates it. Check with your accountant for exempt items.
How soon after booking will someone call?
Within 30 minutes during working hours. Bookings made late in the evening get a call the next morning.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
My family needs to send some things to Ambala. Possible?
Our trucks mostly carry business loads. For a one-off household move to another city, we can supply the truck and driver. Packing, loading and unloading are arranged by you.
