Book Tata AceSmall loads leaving Bawana, and why the KMP helps
Bawana sits at the far north-west edge of Delhi, a few minutes from the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal expressway. For a unit in the DSIIDC Bawana industrial area, that one road decides a lot. A mini truck (a Tata Ace, also called Chota Hathi) that loads in Sector 3 or Sector 5 can be on the KMP inside half an hour and heading for Sonipat, Jhajjar or the Punjab highway without crossing the city at all.

What Bawana units put in a Chota Hathi (mini truck)
The Bawana estate was filled largely by units that moved out of residential Delhi, so the mix is wide. Small plastic moulders, wire and cable makers, packaging units, food processors and a lot of small fabrication shops. The mini truck suits the part of their dispatch that is under a tonne: a sample lot of PVC pipes for a dealer in Ludhiana, a few hundred cartons of snacks for a distributor in Jaipur, cable drums and electrical fittings for a contractor site in Chandigarh.
Load capacity is up to 1,100 kg. When the order crosses that, move up. A 14FT Eicher takes 3.5 ton and a 19FT Eicher 7 ton; our Eicher truck rental page lists both. Lightweight but bulky goods, such as foam, thermocol packaging or empty crates, fill the deck well before the weight limit, so send us a carton count and not just kilos. A judgment from experience: for Punjab loads, pick up before 7 AM. After 9 the Singhu and Murthal stretch slows down with trucks and dhaba stops, and the run to Ludhiana gets noticeably longer.

From booking to unloading
Enter pickup, drop, weight and date on the site or the TruckGuru app. We call back within 30 minutes in working hours (Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM) to fix the vehicle and slot. A digital Lorry Receipt is issued at loading, the vehicle is GPS tracked till delivery and the GST invoice follows.
Your side: loading and unloading labour, the e-way bill when goods are worth more than Rs.50,000, and transit insurance if you want cover. Bawana estate gates often ask for the vehicle number in advance; we share it on confirmation.

Yes, if the booking is confirmed the day before. Tell us the plot number and gate, because the Bawana sectors are large and drivers lose time finding the right lane.
How much can it carry?
Up to 1,100 kg. For more than that, book a 14FT Eicher with 3.5 ton capacity rather than making two trips.
Will you do Bawana to Narela or Rohini?
No. Those are local drops and we only book intercity trips over 100 km.
Is the mini truck open or closed?
Open body with tarpaulin is standard. A closed-body version is available and takes up to 1.5 ton, which is better for cartons and food goods in the rains.
Will anyone else's goods be loaded with mine?
No. One vehicle per consignment. It is your load only, straight to the receiver.
Do I need to arrange labour?
Yes. Loading at Bawana and unloading at the destination are arranged by you. The driver helps with ropes and tarpaulin.
Who makes the e-way bill?
The consignor or consignee, when the goods are worth more than Rs.50,000. Share the number before dispatch; Haryana and Punjab checkpoints do ask for it.

What are the payment terms?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
