Is a single truck the right way to send this?
For about 1,550 km, a dedicated truck makes sense once you have a real load, roughly 2 ton or more, or anything that must arrive sealed and unopened. Below that, you are paying for a lot of empty floor. We do not run part load, so if your consignment is a few cartons, it is better to wait and combine orders.

Distance, transit and the road north
About 1,550 km, with transit of 3-4 days. The truck runs up NH 48 through Gujarat and Rajasthan to the Delhi region, crosses into Uttar Pradesh and goes via Moradabad before turning north to Kashipur. Expect Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand on the e-way bill route.
The consignor or consignee generates the e-way bill for goods above Rs.50,000. Check that the consignee GSTIN is the Uttarakhand one, not the head office in another state. That small mismatch causes more trouble at delivery than anything on the road.
The Moradabad stretch is slow through town, and sugarcane season brings tractor-trolleys onto the roads in western UP and the Terai from about November. Our view: book 3 days ahead in winter, and do not promise a mill a delivery on the morning of day three.
One more habit worth building: send the consignee the vehicle number and the Lorry Receipt copy as soon as the truck leaves Mumbai. Factory security in the estates usually matches incoming trucks against a purchase order, and a truck that turns up unannounced can wait outside the gate while someone finds the paperwork.

Who unloads at the mill?
The consignee arranges unloading labour. Loading at your end is also arranged by you.

What are the payment terms?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
Is the cargo insured?
No. Transit insurance is arranged by the customer.
