Assam's monsoon, roughly June to September, brings floods that cut roads and slow everything near the Brahmaputra. Bihar's rivers rise in the same months. If the delivery is tied to a launch or a project date, ship before June or add a buffer day. The weeks before Bihu in April and before Diwali also see more trucks heading east, and fewer of them free in Gujarat. Book 3-4 days ahead at those times.
