Road distance and transit
By the usual route north through Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Ajmer and Jaipur on NH48, the run is about 1,000 km. Drivers sometimes switch to the newer expressway sections through Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan where they connect; the distance is similar.
Transit is 2-3 days. The driver stops for the night, and the last leg into Delhi is governed by entry timings for goods vehicles inside the city. A truck that reaches the Delhi border in the afternoon may have to wait for the evening window before it can enter Okhla or Naraina, so tell your receiving team to expect a night or early-morning arrival.
Deliveries to Gurugram, Manesar, Noida or Faridabad generally avoid that wait.
What Baroda sends north, and what comes back

Delhi to Vadodara traffic is a different mix: FMCG and consumer durables from NCR depots, garments, auto parts from Gurugram and Manesar suppliers, and printed packaging. If you have loads in both directions, mention it when you call. Pairing them is easier to plan when we know early.

Documents for a three-state run
The truck crosses Gujarat, Rajasthan and either Haryana or a short stretch into Delhi directly. One e-way bill covers the whole movement when the goods are worth more than Rs.50,000, generated by the consignor or consignee. Keep the tax invoice with the driver. We issue a digital Lorry Receipt at loading and track the truck by GPS until delivery; the GST invoice comes after unloading.
You arrange loading and unloading labour and any transit insurance. The truck is yours alone for the trip.

Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
