Distance and days on the road
The common truck route leaves Nashik on the Agra road through Malegaon and Dhule, enters Madhya Pradesh near Sendhwa, passes Indore, and then turns north into Rajasthan through Kota toward Jaipur. That works out to about 1,000 km. A driver may instead go west through Gujarat if the northbound roads are congested; we confirm the plan before loading.
Allow 2-3 days. The Sendhwa ghat and the run into Indore are where most of the time goes on day one.

Paperwork across three states
An e-way bill is needed for goods worth more than Rs.50,000, generated by the consignor or consignee. One bill covers the whole route; the validity is set by distance, so generate it close to the loading date rather than days ahead. Farm produce in its natural state is generally exempt, but carry the sale bill.
We issue a digital Lorry Receipt at loading, track the truck on GPS until it reaches Jaipur, and send the GST invoice after delivery. Loading and unloading labour and transit insurance are arranged by you.

Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
