A spare parts dealer in Ludhiana runs short of clutch plates on a Tuesday. A workshop owner in Dehradun needs two reconditioned gearboxes before the weekend. Both orders land in Mayapuri, and both are too small for a truck and too urgent for a part-load service that waits to fill up. The other is the fabrication and metal work in the back lanes: sheet cutting, machined components, small castings. The callers are different but the loads look similar on the deck, small and heavy.

Getting from Mayapuri onto the Karnal road
Mayapuri sits on the wrong side of the city for northbound work. The tempo has to cross west and north Delhi, usually by Ring Road and past Azadpur, before it reaches GT Karnal Road and NH-44. On a weekday afternoon that stretch alone can take over an hour. Once past Kundli the road is fast all the way to Ambala. Our advice is plain: load in the morning and leave before 11 AM, or load late evening and let the driver run through the night so the goods reach Punjab by early morning, when the receiving shops open.
Dehradun loads go a different way, east through Ghaziabad and up through Meerut and Muzaffarnagar. Expect up to 1 day to Dehradun, about 270 km, with a slower last hour through the hills near Mohand.

Rates are not fixed. A tempo to Dehradun in the week before Diwali costs more and takes longer to line up than the same trip in July. Toll is included in every quoted trip fare.
When a tempo is the wrong call
If the order is past about 1.1 ton, stop trying to fit it in a tempo. A 14FT Eicher (3.5 ton) or a Tata 407 at about 2.5 ton takes the whole lot in one trip, and a single larger vehicle is usually cheaper than two small ones. After you book
Enter pickup, drop, weight and date online or on the app. Our team calls back within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM) to confirm the tempo and the pickup slot. The driver brings a digital Lorry Receipt at loading, the vehicle is GPS tracked until delivery, and the GST invoice follows once the goods are handed over. Most days, yes, if you book before the afternoon. 800 kg sits well inside an Ace's 750 kg - 1,100 kg range. Tell us the gate or shop number in Phase I or II so the driver does not circle the market.
Can the tempo do Mayapuri to Rohini for a local delivery?
No. We only take intercity trips over 100 km. Deliveries inside Delhi or NCR are outside what we book.
Will my parts travel with other people's goods?
No. One vehicle, one consignment. The tempo loads your goods and goes straight to your receiver.
I am sending a used engine block. Is that fine?
Yes, as long as it is drained of oil and fuel and the weight is declared correctly. Engines are dense, so a single block can take a big share of an Ace's capacity.
Do I need an e-way bill for parts worth Rs.70,000?
Yes. Goods above Rs.50,000 need an e-way bill, generated by the consignor or consignee. Share the number with us before the tempo leaves Delhi.
Who puts the goods on the tempo?
You arrange loading and unloading labour. The driver helps tie down and cover the load but does not carry it.
How long does Mayapuri to Chandigarh take?
About 265 km, usually within 1 day; the evening rush across the city can slow a late departure.
Can I carry a few personal items in the same tempo to Dehradun?
Our trucks mostly carry business loads. For a one-off household move to another city, we can supply the truck and driver. Packing, loading and unloading are arranged by you.
How will I know where the tempo is?

What are the payment terms?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.

No, rates are not fixed. They move with route, vehicle, date and how many vehicles are free that week. Check the live rate when you book.
