Book Tata AceFirst, a word about Tin Factory
Anyone who has loaded a vehicle in K R Puram knows the Tin Factory junction. It is where Old Madras Road, the Outer Ring Road and traffic from Whitefield all try to pass through the same space, and at 6 PM it can hold an Ace for 40 minutes. We plan every pickup here around it. Load before 8 AM or after 9 PM and the vehicle is past Hoskote and onto the Chennai side while the junction is still jammed.

The east side of Bangalore and what it sends
K R Puram faces Whitefield's tech parks on one side and the Hoskote industrial area up Old Madras Road on the other. That mix shows in the loads. Offices ship laptops, monitors, networking gear and a few pieces of furniture to branches in Chennai or Hyderabad. Small manufacturers and traders in the Hoskote and K R Puram belt send packaging material, electrical fittings, packed food and FMCG cartons to distributors in Chittoor, Tirupati and Vellore. Online sellers move stock between fulfilment points.
Most of it weighs less than a tonne. That is the point where renting a whole Eicher stops making sense.

Lanes from K R Puram
Chittoor is about 160 km down NH75 and the Chennai highway; same-day delivery is possible if the truck loads early, otherwise next day. Vellore is about 200 km, usually 1 day. Tirupati, around 250 km, is usually a 1-day run and a steady lane for FMCG and temple-town retail. Chennai is about 345 km, usually 1 day. Hyderabad is about 570 km and goes the other way, north through Hebbal on NH44; allow 1 - 2 days, with a rest stop for the driver.

Ace rates from K R Puram
Truck freight rates are not fixed. What a load costs depends on the route, vehicle type, load capacity needed, cargo, pickup date and how many trucks are running that lane that week. Chennai-bound Aces are easy to find on weekdays; for Hyderabad give us an extra day, because fewer small vehicles run that far.

From booking to delivery
Put in the pickup, drop, weight and date. We call within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM) to confirm. On pickup day the driver reaches your gate; your labour loads. A digital Lorry Receipt is issued, the Ace is GPS tracked all the way, and a GST invoice follows delivery.
E-way bill: the consignor or consignee generates it for goods worth more than Rs.50,000. Chennai, Tirupati and Hyderabad are all interstate, so expect it to be checked. Transit insurance, if you want it, is arranged by you. More Bangalore options are on hire truck in Bangalore.

Can the Ace come to our Whitefield office for a Chennai load?
Yes, as long as the destination is over 100 km away. Give us the building gate and any time restriction your facility team has for goods vehicles.
We have 25 laptops and 6 monitors. Closed Ace or open?
Closed. It keeps dust and rain out and nobody can see what is on board. Pack the laptops in cartons with padding; the driver does not repack anything.
Can you do Tin Factory to Hoskote?
No, that is well under 100 km. We only book intercity trips.
How long to Hyderabad?
Usually within 1 - 2 days for about 570 km, including a halt.
Will you share the Ace with another customer?
No. One consignment per vehicle.
Who loads and unloads?
You arrange labour at both ends. The driver ties and covers the load.
Is the table price what I pay?
Not necessarily. Rates are not fixed; the table is an indicative range checked in September 2026. The live rate at booking is the one that applies, with toll included.
Do I need an e-way bill to Tirupati?
Yes, if the goods are worth over Rs.50,000. It is an interstate trip into Andhra Pradesh. The consignor or consignee generates it.
Can I send my own things to Chennai in an Ace?
Our trucks mostly carry business loads. For a one-off household move to another city, we can supply the truck and driver. Packing, loading and unloading are arranged by you.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.
Can I watch the vehicle on the road?
Yes. GPS tracking runs from dispatch to delivery and is visible on the app.
