Small load: chota hathi or a bigger truck?

Many shippers in Hyderabad ask for a trolley auto or a chota hathi when the load is small. For trips above 100 km, the smallest truck we book is the Tata Ace / Dost / Pickup, which carries up to 1,100 kg. Three-wheeler autos and deliveries inside the city are not part of our service.

Main lanes from Hyderabad

Road times leave out loading and the wait at the receiver's gate. Heavy trucks are kept off most city roads in the day, so loads from Patancheru or Jeedimetla usually leave in the evening and join the Outer Ring Road towards NH-44 or NH-65. Mumbai and Pune trucks cross into Maharashtra near Zaheerabad and Umarga, where e-way bills are checked.

Booking and payment

Enter Hyderabad as pickup, the destination, cargo type and weight on truckguru.co.in or the TruckGuru app. Choose the truck, check the trip fare and pay the Booking Amount. Once you book, our team calls back within 30 minutes (Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM) and shares the driver's name, vehicle number and phone number before dispatch.

Payment is split into three parts: Booking Amount at booking confirmation, 90% at loading once the truck reaches the pickup location, and the remaining Balance at delivery before unloading begins. Accepted: NEFT, IMPS, UPI (PhonePe, GPay), and major debit and credit cards. No cash payments accepted.

Each trip carries GPS tracking, a digital Lorry Receipt at loading and a GST invoice after delivery. The e-way bill is generated by you for consignments above Rs.50,000. Loading labour and transit insurance are arranged at your end.

How early should I book for Delhi or Kolkata?

Book 3-4 days ahead. These runs usually take 3 - 4 days on the road, and trucks for them take longer to line up than for the southern lanes.
