The Jabalpur run crosses the Pench forest stretch on NH 44, where trucks move steadily but not fast. Raipur goes via Bhandara and Durg on NH 53, a good road with heavy truck traffic. For Hyderabad, the 407 usually leaves in the evening and delivers the next morning.
What fits the 407 and what does not
The 407 carries about 2.5 ton. Paint tins, FMCG cartons, electrical goods, pipes cut to length, pharma cartons and agricultural inputs like seed and pesticide packs are all regular 407 loads here. Cotton bales from the Vidarbha belt are too bulky for their weight and usually go on a longer truck. Steel from the Hingna and Butibori rolling units gets heavy fast; over 2.5 ton it should move to a 14FT or 19FT Eicher. Deck sizes are on the truck size page.
Season notes
Nagpur summers are hard on everything. From April to early June, afternoon temperatures run in the mid-40s. Chocolates, some pharma and anything with a wax or adhesive component should not sit in an open 407 at 3 PM; ask for a covered body or shift the loading to the evening.
From November to February, orange season fills the Kalamna market with trucks, and smaller vehicles get pulled into produce runs. Book 407s two days ahead in those weeks.
Paperwork, tracking and your part
The consignor or consignee generates the e-way bill for goods above 50,000 rupees; runs into Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Telangana cross state lines, so it must cover the full trip. We issue a digital Lorry Receipt at loading, track the 407 by GPS until unloading, and send a GST invoice after delivery. Loading and unloading labour and transit insurance are arranged by you. Who unloads at the dealer's shop?
The dealer or your labour. Loading and unloading labour is arranged by the customer.

Can you carry oranges?
Yes, as a full booking on an intercity route. Crated fruit needs air gaps; tell us the crate count so we suggest the size.
